We were very impressed with our designer, Angela. From the first meeting with her, she made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Angela presented multiple options for replacing our kitchen cabinets. Her knowledge of all the items was impressive. She took photos of our kitchen, then placed them in an application that displayed what our new kitchen would look like. She continued to let us know that we could make as many changes as possible, which we did make a few. Durian Builders were very good with their workmanship. Tradesline Finishing, Black Stone, Accurate Electrical & Tier One contractors all were very respectful of our home, and exceeded our expectations. They all cleaned up after every day as well. Maurey and Cole kept our project moving as best they could. Cole prepared the work area so very little dust would penetrate into our living areas. Maurey handled any and all questions and problems that arose. While Maurey had many other projects to handle, but he worked to satisfy our questions in a timely manner. We realized there would be some obstacles and these were handled with professionalism. Again, it all started with your friendly staff and Angela listening and understanding our thoughts. We could not be happier with our new kitchen. Thanks!

Village Home Store was amazing at getting my oven working. They were quick and found the issue, they ordered the part and when they came back to put it in it was broke. So they had to reorder it and the very nice repair man apologized numerous times and said we will reorder it and get back to repair as soon as we can. The part came back within a couple days and when he came back and put it back together. That made me the happiest person around. Thank you so much!! 💜

We recently needed servicing on our dishwasher. A technician was able to come out within two days to assess the problem. The part needed was ordered and arrived right away. Unfortunately, and out of their control, the part arrived right before a holiday weekend. They scheduled the repair for first thing the next business day, so we were back up and running within a week of the original call. We were very pleased with the service we received and the technician was so pleasant to deal with.

Not an overpriced business; very competitively priced. Customer Service is priceless and should seriously consider it as part of package, not just a price on a stick on one item, look at the whole pthe price package. They listen; so if you don't see what you want, talk about your needs and they will find it and work with your budget.
